Qualifications & Experience Desired
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC), or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in school-based settings (elementary, middle, or high school) preferred
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational abilities
• Passion for fostering student growth through innovative and evidence-based interventions
Primary Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
• Develop, implement, and update individualized education plans (IEPs) based on student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create supportive learning environments
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation required by the district
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff development as needed
