Description
Facility Operations Managers ensure the safe, efficient, and effective operations of in our blending facilities. They provide direct management of facility employees and are accountable for fostering a team environment through effective and appropriate communication. They are responsible for maintaining all standards in accordance with safety, quality, inventory, and productivity levels as well as providing leadership to meet facility goals and objectives. The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at Facility #4323, located at: 7411 Industrial Park Way, Macungie, PA 18062 Job duties include contact with other employees, operating heavy machinery, and access to proprietary information, raw materials, finished merchandise, and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company’s staff, employees, and vendors.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:Must be at least eighteen (18) years of ageMust be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the futureMust have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s LicenseMust have at least one (1) year of work experience in manufacturing, distribution, or retail operations or have completed a Sherwin-Williams Development Program Preferred Qualifications:Have at least two (2) years of work experience in manufacturing, distribution, or retail operations Have at least one (1) year of experience in leadership role(s), supervising others, or leading teamsHave at least one (1) year of work experience using Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and/or Outlook)Have a bachelor's degree or higher in Sales, Marketing, Management, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or EngineeringHave previous work experience selling paint and paint-related productsHave work experience using timekeeping and/or customer relationship management (“CRM”) systemsWillingness to relocate for future job opportunities#SHWOps
