Job Description
This position requires a Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in postpartum care. The nurse will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients during the antepartum and postpartum periods.
Responsibilities
Manage and monitor patients with high-risk antepartum and postpartum conditions.
Administer medications and manage PCA pumps, drains, feeding tubes, and wound vacs.
Provide couplet care and support methadone conversions.
Conduct evaluations and implement care plans for GYN surgeries.
Collaborate with healthcare team on patient care for low-risk antepartum and GYN cases.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, and PALS.
Experience in antepartum, postpartum, gynecological care, and managing central lines.
