What You'll Do • As the Program Lead you will;
• Provides training and development for new and existing Assist Program Coordinators and Program Coordinator Team Members
• On call program notes, daily case notes, goal documentation
• Attend all required scheduled meetings
• Work in conjunction with leadership
• Mentor and provide recommendations for improvements
• Monthly site inspections and documentation for all licensed sites and unlicensed sites
• Incident Management

Qualifications Required • Associates Degree or sixty (60) credit hours and four (4) years experience working directly with people with IDD and Behavioral Health
• Bachelors Degree and two (2) years experience working directly with people with IDD, and Behavioral Health Diagnosis
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent writing, documentation, financial, and math skills
• Excellent organization skills, detail oriented
• Team Player
• Compliance with residential setting regulations 6400.
Schedule • Full-Time
• Occasional travel to program locations and meetings
• Flexible scheduling as needed to support ISP meetings and stakeholder participation
Physical Requirements • Individual must be able to meet physical requirements of the job: sitting at a meeting table or desk, reaching, lifting, bending, standing, stooping, twisting,      climbing steps, driving a vehicle, ability to lift, push, and or pull up to thirty (30) pounds.
• Ability to travel to community, residential, and program settings as needed
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
