• Local: $40/hr on W2
• Travel: $1,800/Weekly
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join a busy Primary Care team serving both adult and pediatric patients. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care, support providers during clinic operations, and help ensure efficient patient flow in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
Job Duties
• Room patients using the standard rooming process and prepare them for provider visits.
• Obtain and document vital signs, medical history, and patient information.
• Assist providers with patient care, procedures, and clinical tasks as needed.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care instructions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record system.
• Float between adult and pediatric primary care departments as needed to support clinic operations.
Requirements
• Active and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
• Previous experience in a Primary Care, Family Practice, or Outpatient Clinic setting preferred.
• BLS (AHA)
