• Pay Rate: $30.00–$32.00 / Hour (USD)

Job Summary
This position supports Land and Right of Way functions at the assistant or staff specialist level, working across multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced field environment. The role requires independent judgment as well as collaborative participation within a cross-functional project team that includes project managers, design engineers, environmental consultants, GIS mapping specialists, vegetation management teams, Right of Way managers, and real estate coordinators.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze, prepare, review and interpret Land and Right of Way related agreements, deeds, easements, leases, permits and licenses
• Complete rights and restriction reviews
• Complete permitting requirements as needed
• Research and review of real property related documents
• Understand and interpret easement agreements
• Support translation of data from Right of Way documents into the stakeholder management database
• Complete quality assurance reviews of stakeholder management database entries from Right of Way field agents
• Compile technical data to be presented to Right of Way project team
• Support project managers, design engineers, environmental consultants, GIS mapping specialists, vegetation management team, Right of Way managers and real estate coordinators as required
• Attend and participate in public open houses as requested
• Support client needs as directed
• Efficient at working independently as well as in team environment
• Manage and oversee several projects at once
Required Skills

• Proficient in working with spreadsheets and other task tracking software
• Capable of working with diverse skill sets in fast-paced environment

• Well organized and able to simultaneously pursue and track multiple project efforts
Preferred Skills
• Experience with electric facilities or railroads preferred but not required
• Experience with Google Earth and familiarity with construction drawings is preferred but not required
• Designation from IRWA not required but desirable
Education Requirements
• High school diploma — minimum 5 years relevant experience required
• Associate's degree — minimum 3 years relevant experience required
• Bachelor's degree — minimum 2 years relevant experience required
• Valid driver's license required
Required Experience
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience (with Bachelor's degree); minimum 3 years (with Associate's degree); minimum 5 years (with high school diploma)
