Responsibilities
Identify and engage with local families and businesses to help them secure the coverage they truly need.
Design personalized insurance strategies that protect our clients against life's unexpected turns.
Maintain active contact with current policyholders to ensure their coverage evolves alongside their life changes.
Educate clients on various insurance options so they can make informed decisions with confidence.
Actively participate in local community events and network to build lasting professional connections in Reading.
Collaborate with our office staff to streamline the application and underwriting process for every client.
Requirements
Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Experience in sales, business development, or client services.
Strong comfort level with digital documentation and agency management systems.
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex information clearly and kindly.
Persistent follow-through and organizational skills to manage a client pipeline.
Residency in or near Reading, Pennsylvania for local community engagement.
