Travel Physical Therapist - Weekly Pay
Role: Travel Physical Therapist responsible for providing therapy services in a home health setting for adult and geriatric patients.
Responsibilities: Deliver patient care, manage an adult and geriatric caseload, and utilize EMR systems (HCHB). Ensure quality therapy services, adhere to licensing and credentialing requirements, and coordinate travel and housing arrangements.
Qualifications & Skills: Home health and OASIS experience required, along with proficiency in EMR usage. Strong communication, organization, and adaptability skills are essential.
Key Duties: Guarantee 40 hours per week, with a caseload of 28-32 points, and manage all aspects of travel logistics. Provide therapy in a home health environment, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.
