Sales Support Specialist
Sales Support Opportunity | Bethel, PA
I’m recruiting for a Sales Support professional to join a well-established, family-owned company in the building materials industry.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the customer service and relationship side of sales and wants to work closely with an Outside Sales Rep to support customers and keep projects moving.
What you’ll be doing:
• Answering customer calls and questions
• Preparing and entering quotes
• Supporting an Outside Sales Rep with day-to-day needs
• Providing strong customer service and keeping projects organized
• Reading blueprints and completing window takeoffs/material lists is a big plus
What they’re looking for:
• 1–2+ years of sales support, administrative support, counter sales, or similar experience
• Personable and customer-service focused
• Team player who is coachable and energetic
• Building materials or similar industry experience is a plus
💰 Hourly compensation + additional profit-based earnings
