Looking for a Full Time Nurse for a 16 hour (7am-11pm) shift for a pediatric case in Lynchburg, VA requiring LPN care. Responsibilities: - Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing physical examinations, and assisting with activities of daily living. -Trach & G-Tube management proficiency. - Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs, symptoms, and changes in health status. - Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in electronic medical records.
