Location: Myerstown, PA Duration: 6 months Role Descriptions: 8+ years of leadership, production, or supervisory experience in FDA-regulated pharmaceutical environments. Prior experience leading complex digital and automation programs in manufacturing, including MES, robotics, and advanced analytics. Experience working cross-functionally with global teams and external technology partners on large transformation initiatives. Familiarity with continuous improvement frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) applied in digitally enabled manufacturing environments.
