Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team! Duties Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, and other mechanical systems to ensure continuous operation. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools; execute repairs efficiently to minimize downtime. Install, replace, or upgrade appliances and mechanical equipment in accordance with safety standards and manufacturer specifications. Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, parts, or equipment to various job sites as needed. Conduct detailed repairs on appliances including HVAC units, refrigeration systems, air conditioning units, and kitchen appliances such as ovens or dishwashers. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts used, and scheduled service tasks. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with team members and clients regarding work performed or needed. Requirements Proven experience as a Service Technician or Maintenance Technician with a focus on appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, or mechanical systems repair. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret schematics and technical manuals. Hands-on experience with HVAC system repair, refrigeration units, air conditioning systems, and kitchen equipment maintenance. Ability to operate maintenance tools safely and efficiently; familiarity with maintenance, repair & operations (MRO) practices. Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles; clean driving record preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach to troubleshooting complex mechanical issues. Strong customer service skills combined with effective communication abilities.
