Perimeter directly manages customer projects with all insurance carriers to streamline the restoration process for properties affected by storm damage. Role The Renovation Sales/Project Coordinator reports to the Sales Manager with additional responsibilities to the Operations Manager. This role is a key driver of new business growth, responsible for securing sales and delivering construction projects on time and within budget. This role combines sales acumen with project execution, including takeoff and estimation, coordinating activities, managing resources, and providing on-site support as needed. The ideal candidate excels in leadership and organization, has a sharp eye for detail, and a deep understanding of construction management processes. They must be adept at building relationships, closing deals, and effectively leading teams both on-site and in the office to ensure seamless project delivery. ResponsibilitiesSales & Estimating Develop and Manage Sales Pipeline: Actively build and maintain a robust sales funnel to secure contracts across all company offerings. Achieve Revenue Targets: Focus on achieving the annual goal of $1.2M in collected sales revenue through proactive prospecting, upselling, and relationship management. Client Acquisition: Cultivate relationships with at least three key insurance adjusters, agents, tree service owners, realtors, etc. to generate consistent referrals. Upselling Opportunities: Proactively identify and suggest project enhancements to increase deal value. Customer Outreach: Engage with past customers to showcase new products or close pending deals, dedicating at least one day per week to prospecting 20+ potential leads. Accurate Estimation: Gather precise measurements and provide competitive, clear, and accurate estimates for projects. Customer Communication Provide daily updates on project progress to customers, ensuring transparency and trust. Manage change orders and upsell opportunities by communicating added value to clients. Scheduling & Assignments Schedule jobs and assign work orders effectively to ensure optimal use of resources. Utilize construction management tools to streamline project timelines and ensure on-time delivery. Team Leadership & Development Foster trust, respect, and collaboration within the team to drive peak performance. Address personal or professional challenges that may impact team productivity. Strategically reassign team members as needed to maximize chemistry and efficiency. Project Management Provide hands-on installation support as needed, offering guidance to teams to ensure project success. Oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budget management, and quality control. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Document and communicate incremental damage with photos, obtaining insurance approval for budget adjustments. Operational Efficiency Implement strategies to optimize workflow and boost installation productivity. Leverage construction management software to streamline processes and maintain project momentum. Proactively identify supplemental work in water, fire, and mold remediation, increasing revenue through additional services. Requirements for Success Post all approved deals (cash, insurance, and adjuster-approved) in the company’s connect app. Maintain detailed project records, permits, and documentation to support smooth operations and reporting. Prepare and manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to specifications and timelines. Regularly review team performance, celebrating successes and addressing improvement opportunities.
