Our Burn Boot Camp Operations Manager is responsible for all operational aspects of running our unique and world class gym. Burn Boot Camp is committed to improving the lives of our clients and the community through fitness coaching and counseling. We do this by providing personal training in a group setting with the top personal trainers in the US. The Operations Manager ensures the customer experience is exceptional. She/he works alongside the Head Trainer to run the gym and supervise the staff. Together, they will ensure: Our clients are greeted warmly and have an exceptional experience in our gym Our operational and sales systems are maintained and managed effectively Our child watch and front desk are staffed with awesome people at all time and supervise their performance The facility is maintained to our high standards.
