JOIN OUR GREAT INSIDE SALES TEAM IN KUTZTOWN! We currently have an immediate need for a Full-Time Inside Sales Representative in our Kutztown, PA store. The Inside Sales Representative will assist customers using their general knowledge of building material sales, POS sales, strong interpersonal skills, and basic computer experience. A.D. We believe these three factors give you the best overall value that money can buy. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assist customers by taking orders and accommodating special orders. Ensure customer order accuracy by working closely with purchasing to verify order specifications before finalizing order with vendor. Enter orders into the computer system. Build customer rapport. Provide customers with value-added solutions/products. Creatively solve problems to achieve sales and customer objectives. Assist customers in loading their product into their vehicle. Learn and maintain knowledge on products available. Present a neat and professional image. Assist in keeping facility secure. Maintain proficiency in computerized systems and other technologies as required. Assist with snow removal as/when needed. Perform other duties as assigned. *Previous Inside Sales experience required and construction/building material background highly preferred, but will train the right individual.
