Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours per week Pay Rate: $36.00/hour (traveler and local rates) Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care under the supervision of RNs and healthcare managers. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols. Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the nursing team. Maintain accurate and timely patient records. Support residents’ daily activities and ensure their comfort and safety. Requirements: Valid LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to adapt to varying patient needs and work environments.
