Duties Supervise daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and materials handling to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Operate and oversee the use of material handling equipment such as forklifts to facilitate efficient movement of goods. Implement process improvements using lean management principles to enhance workflow, reduce waste, and increase overall efficiency. Maintain accurate inventory records. Coordinate with logistics providers and 3PL (third-party logistics) partners to streamline distribution center operations and shipping & receiving processes. Enforce OSHA safety standards and best practices to create a safe working environment for all team members. Skills Extensive experience in warehouse distribution, logistics, and e-commerce fulfillment environments. Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management systems, Microsoft Office suite. Strong leadership skills with proven team management and managerial communication abilities. Skilled in process improvement methodologies such as lean management to optimize warehouse operations. Ability to operate heavy lifting equipment and material handling tools safely and efficiently. Knowledge of OSHA regulations, shipping & receiving procedures, materials handling techniques, and warehouse safety protocols. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and distribution center operations.
