Role: Forklift Operator Location: Athens, GA 30601 Duration: 12-Month Contract Job Summary Seeking a reliable, safety-focused Forklift/PIV Operator to support warehouse operations, material movement, and production lines. Responsibilities Operate forklifts, tuggers, order pickers, and reach trucks. Load/unload trucks and move materials, pallets, and finished goods. Supply production lines with required materials. Use handheld scanners for material movement and inventory transactions. Perform daily equipment inspections and report safety/maintenance issues. Follow OSHA and company safety standards. Assist with general warehouse/production duties as needed. Requirements Prior forklift/PIV or warehouse/material handling experience preferred. High School Diploma required. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and reliability. Team-oriented with dependable attendance. Training available for candidates with relevant material handling experience.
