Pharmacist – Part-Time The Medicine Shoppe, Shillington PA The Medicine Shoppe of Shillington is seeking a motivated and patient-focused pharmacist to join our team on a per diem or part-time basis. We are an independent community pharmacy committed to providing personalized care, innovative medication services, and a welcoming environment for our patients. Responsibilities Verify and dispense prescriptions with accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations Counsel patients on medications, disease management, and preventative health Oversee pharmacy technicians and ensure adherence to pharmacy policies and procedures Support specialty services such as medication synchronization, compliance packaging (EzMedPack), vaccinations, and medication therapy management Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize care Contribute to a culture of efficiency, teamwork, and exceptional customer service Qualifications Licensed pharmacist in good standing with the Pennsylvania State Board of Pharmacy Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Previous retail pharmacy experience preferred, but not required Schedule and Compensation Flexible per diem and part-time shifts, including possible evening or Saturday rotations Competitive compensation based on experience 15-25 hours a week Why Join Us?
