JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle and chip trailer. Haul wood byproducts to designated locations. Safely navigate assigned routes, including mountainous and rural terrain . Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Follow all DOT and company safety regulations. Maintain accurate driver logs and required documentation. Communicate effectively with dispatch and onsite personnel. Complete assigned routes safely and on schedule. REQUIREMENTS Valid Class A CDL – Required Minimum 2 years of professional Class A CDL driving experience Previous experience driving Class A vehicles on mountainous routes is highly preferred. Must be comfortable operating a commercial vehicle on mountainous, rural, and varying road conditions. Must have a good driving record. Must be able to provide a current Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Must meet all DOT requirements. Strong communication and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and maintain scheduled routes.
