Responsibilities Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients with precision and consistency. Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and slicing tools safely and efficiently. Follow food safety sanitizing procedures to maintain a clean and hygienic workspace. Assemble pizzas according to menu specifications while adhering to recipe guidelines. Manage high-volume production during peak hours while maintaining quality standards. Assist in menu planning by suggesting new pizza varieties or ingredient combinations. Ensure all food handling practices comply with health regulations and safety protocols. Requirements Must have experience with making pizza in a fast paced environment. Must be able to read and understand English. Knowledge of food safety management and sanitizing procedures within a fast-paced setting. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently under pressure. Experience in food industry roles such as restaurant service, catering, or fine dining is highly desirable. Excellent food handling skills with an emphasis on recipe adherence and quality control.
