Lead Dental Assistant $27 - $30 per hour | Berks County, PA American Dental Solutions is hiring an experienced Lead / Head Dental Assistant specialized in Endodontic and Periodontal Assisting. This role supports our fast-paced, patient-focused specialty team across Berks and Montgomery County. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows, leading teams and providing exceptional care during specialized procedures. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert chairside assistance during endodontic and periodontal procedures Travel to nearby practice locations as needed to support the specialty team Oversee the daily clinical schedule to ensure efficient patient flow and procedure readiness Lead the onboarding and training of new clinical staff to maintain office standards Deliver comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative patient education Required Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of Endodontic or Periodontal assisting experience X-ray certification required Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical setting Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Compensation & Benefits: $27 – $30 per hour , based on experience.
