Overview Join our team as a Production Worker and become a vital part of a nutrition manufacturing plant! In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the production process, labeling, packaging, and handling both raw and finished materials. Shifts Available: 2nd shift: M-F, 3pm-11:30pm 3rd Shift: 12 hr shifts, 6pm-6:30am Responsibilities Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery in accordance with safety and quality standards, including packaging, processing, and assembly lines. Operate filling/labeling/other pieces of equipment according to established procedures or specifications. Assist in monitoring product quality by conducting inspections and quality assurance checks throughout the production process. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals Proactively monitor production activities (clearing of minor jams) and other types of downtime issues on the line to minimize impact to production process. Qualifications 1+ years of production or manufacturing experience; experience in a cleanroom facility is a plus Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with manufacturing equipment, including packaging machinery Strong understanding of safety standards in production settings, including sanitation Excellent communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us today to contribute your skills toward producing safe, high-quality healthcare products!
