Develop, implement, and maintain food safety and quality programs, including HACCP, GMPs, and GFSI compliance. Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and company standards in a food manufacturing environment​. Supervise and mentor FSQA technicians, managing scheduling, performance, and training to promote a food safety culture. Conduct performance evaluations and foster cross-functional teamwork to ensure operational success​.
