Field Technician / Project Manager – Roofing & Siding Territory: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware & West Virginia Install America is seeking a results-driven Field Technician/Project Manager to own both service work and the full production pipeline across our PA, NJ, DE, and WV territory. The primary focus of this role is driving installation dollar volume on a weekly and monthly basis while maintaining high-quality service delivery and rapid job close-outs. Core Responsibilities Drive installation dollar volume weekly and monthly by aggressively managing the production backlog from Net (sold) status through measurement, crew scheduling, installation, and final completion. Own the complete project lifecycle: measure newly sold jobs, produce accurate scopes and material orders, schedule crews, manage customers on-site, and close jobs expeditiously to maximize completed volume. Perform and resolve daily service calls (roof leaks, inspections, loose siding/trim, caulking, caps, clean-up, etc.). Troubleshoot issues, complete repairs, and communicate recurring problems. Conduct thorough measure appointments, review contracts with customers to set clear expectations, capture precise measurements/photos/notes, and identify upsell opportunities that increase job value. Coordinate closely with Production and the Service Manager to keep crews productive, materials flowing, and jobs moving without delay. Manage all project materials end-to-end, including accurate ordering, returns, and short-order resolution. Serve as the primary customer contact on jobs—protect the experience, resolve issues in real time, and keep projects on track for timely completion. Maintain accountability for both service performance and installation volume metrics. Qualifications 7+ years of residential remodeling experience focused on roofing and siding. Proven track record of driving installation volume and managing production pipelines from sold status to completion. Hands-on proficiency with shingle, metal, and rubber roofing, siding, flashing, capping, ventilation, and related systems. Strong experience with material take-offs, ordering, and logistics. Excellent customer-facing skills with the ability to build rapport and manage expectations under pressure. Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable working to clear weekly/monthly volume targets. Physically able to climb ladders and work on roofs. Familiarity with CRM platforms preferred.
