Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant Job Type: Full-time Location: Athens, GA Schedule 80 hours every 2 weeks 12-hour shifts Alternating schedule with another provider *Royston Office coverage as needed. Job Summary We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Urgent Care team in Athens, GA in a full-time role. This provider will deliver patient care in an urgent care setting and will have physician backup available as needed. Responsibilities ● Provide patient care in an urgent care environment ● Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with acute illnesses and injuries ● Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff as needed ● Work an alternating provider schedule with 12-hour shifts ● Deliver high-quality, timely care in a fast-paced clinical setting ● Provide coverage to our Royston location when needed. Required Qualifications ● Valid certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) certification ● Active Georgia state license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant ● Ability to work a full-time schedule of 80 hours every 2 weeks ● Ability to work 12-hour shifts ● Ability to work within urgent care office hours, including weekends ● Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills Work Hours All Urgent Care offices are open: ● Monday through Saturday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM ● Sunday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Compensation Pay rate: $95,000 - $120,000 (Based on experience) Benefits ● Paid Time Off: 120 hours per year based on hours worked ● Six paid holidays after 90 days from hire date ● Health insurance: Company pays up to 85% of the premium based on rates at open enrollment ● Dental insurance: Available after 90 days of employment; employee-paid ● Vision insurance: Available after 90 days of employment; employee-paid ● Voluntary life insurance: Available; employee-paid ● YUVA Medical Spa: 40% discount on select services and products after 90 days of employment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance License/Certification: Certified Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant (Required) Ability to Relocate: Athens, GA 30606: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
