What You’ll Do Set up, operate, and maintain roll-fed web flexographic printing equipment Review job specifications, work orders, and production requirements before each run Mount plates and install rollers and cylinders according to job specifications Set and monitor press parameters including speed, temperature, ink flow, registration, and pressure Verify correct inks, substrates, tooling, and materials are being used Monitor print quality throughout production, including color consistency, registration, and overall appearance Make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and production standards Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and basic preventative maintenance Identify and communicate equipment or quality concerns promptly Accurately complete required production documentation Follow established safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work collaboratively with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other team members to keep jobs moving efficiently What We’re Looking For At least 2-5 years of flexographic printing or related press experience Experience operating roll-fed web printing equipment preferred Mark Andy press experience is a plus, but not required Strong understanding of printing processes, press setup, and quality standards Good color-matching and visual inspection skills Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work Ability to read and follow job specifications and written instructions Dependable, team-oriented, and able to work independently Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods during an 8-hour shift Flexibility to work overtime as production needs require What We Offer At Grafika, we believe our employees are an important part of our continued growth and success.
