We are partnered with a growing commercial construction firm is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee projects from preconstruction and estimating through closeout. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong commercial GC experience and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities: Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Oversee schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and project documentation Coordinate RFIs, submittals, inspections, and deliveries Monitor project costs, timelines, quality, and safety compliance Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders Lead project teams and support field operations Qualifications: 10+ years of commercial construction experience General Contractor experience preferred Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, or similar software Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred Salary: $120,000-$135,000+ Pay: $120,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
