We equip families with tools for success so they can achieve their goals. As a national leader in helping young people and families, we also proactively identify unmet social services needs and develop the necessary partnerships to address those needs. SUMMARY Interns for the agency support programs or support functions. In each intern role, the duties and expectations will be dependent upon the program or support function needs. Responsibilities can include administrative tasks, case shadowing, attending meetings, doing home visits, etc. All interns will be primarily supported by a supervisor and by other team members as appropriate. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following per indicated program. Other duties may be assigned. Treatment Foster Care Program Shadow staff with foster family and youth Write example progress notes Write contact notes Participate in treatment team meetings Meet with youth, foster families, and collaterals in the home, school, and community; assist with transportation Support functions in the program which recruit, retain, and maintain foster families Participate in staff/team meetings and group trainings Expectations of Interns Work independently and within a team on ongoing and special projects. Assist with filing and data entry. Attend required staff meetings. Provide excellent customer service. All other duties as assigned.
