Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Serve food and drinks efficiently, including wine, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring proper presentation and quality Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Process cash and credit card transactions accurately while handling cash handling responsibilities with integrity Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation or kitchen support when needed to ensure smooth service flow Qualifications Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse needs gracefully Culinary experience or beverage knowledge including wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and drink service is desirable Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Food safety certification or knowledge of sanitation standards required; kitchen or food industry experience is advantageous Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
