The facility operates in a fast-paced environment and prides itself on its ability to adapt to changing priorities and perform tasks that may extend beyond the typical scope of warehouse operations. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Technician to support daily warehouse and material-handling activities. This is a 1-year contract opportunity based in Sinking Spring, Pennsylvania. Your Role: The Warehouse Technician is responsible for the receipt, storage, retrieval, shipping, and cycle counting of raw and finished materials for internal and external customers. Key responsibilities include: Receive, inspect, and put away incoming materials. Retrieve and prepare raw and finished materials for shipment. Perform shipping and material-handling activities for internal and external customers. Conduct inventory cycle counts and help maintain inventory accuracy. Repackage materials within a controlled environment while following established procedures. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse through daily housekeeping and basic maintenance activities. Operate material-handling equipment as required. Follow applicable safety, quality, and regulatory procedures. Support special projects and additional warehouse activities as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor. Adapt quickly to changing priorities and urgent operational requirements. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse, material handling, shipping/receiving, or similar environment. Understanding of, or ability to learn, ISO, GMP, OSHA, DOT, and IATA regulations . Ability to perform basic math calculations. Ability to obtain a forklift operator certification . Basic computer/PC skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and urgent requests. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 70 pounds on a regular basis . Ability to lift 50 pounds up to 40 times during an 8-hour shift . Ability to perform the physical activities associated with warehouse and material-handling operations.
