What You Will Do Own the Shifts: Confidently run daily opening or closing procedures, ensuring the restaurant is secure, clean, and perfectly set up for success. Drive Guest Experience: Set the pace for fast, friendly hospitality and immediately resolve any customer issues with a smile. Protect the Bottom Line: Keep a close eye on ticket times, watch portion controls to minimize food waste, and manage real-time staffing levels to hit labor targets. Build a Positive Culture: Motivate and coach the crew during high-volume rushes, ensuring the kitchen and front-of-house operate as a supportive, high-energy team. Maintain High Standards: Enforce strict guidelines for food safety, operational cleanliness, and cash management handling throughout your shift. What We Are Looking For Experience: Some restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience is required; prior crew lead or light management exposure is highly preferred. Availability: Strong flexibility to consistently work opening shifts (early morning setup) or closing shifts (late night wrap-up), including weekends. Mindset: A positive attitude, a passion for quick-service hospitality, and a desire to learn basic restaurant financials.
