Overview Ice House is looking for a friendly, dependable, and fast-paced Cashier to join our team. As the first point of contact for many of our guests, cashiers play a major role in creating a great customer experience both in-store and over the phone. Responsibilities include: Taking customer orders accurately in person and by phone Operating the POS system and handling cash/card transactions Assisting customers with menu questions and specials Coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order flow Keeping the front counter clean, stocked, and organized Helping maintain a positive, team-oriented atmosphere What we’re looking for: Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and punctuality Positive attitude and willingness to learn Restaurant or cashier experience preferred, but not required What we offer: Flexible scheduling Employee discounts Fast-paced and supportive work environment Opportunity for growth within the company Shifts may include mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
