You'll spend your shift on the road completing scheduled package deliveries while having an operations team available to support you throughout the day. Drivers for this position report to our Mount Joy terminal , where the company provides the delivery van, equipment, route technology, and training. STARTING PAY: $23.75 PER HOUR This is a full-time hourly position offering: 40+ hours available weekly Typical shift: 9:20 AM – 7:20 PM Overtime paid after 40 hours Weekly direct deposit Paid training and onboarding Performance-based incentive opportunities ARRIVE READY TO WORK — WE PROVIDE THE REST Your personal vehicle is only needed to get you to and from the terminal. For your delivery route, we provide: Company delivery van Navigation and route technology Delivery equipment Paid training Operational support throughout the shift No CDL is required. WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE You'll start at the Mount Joy terminal, prepare for your assigned route, and then head out for the day. Your responsibilities include: Safely operating a company delivery vehicle Delivering packages to residential and business locations Following an assigned route using provided technology Entering and exiting the vehicle frequently throughout the shift Organizing and handling packages efficiently Maintaining delivery accuracy and route performance Providing courteous and professional customer service Communicating with the operations team when needed Following established driving and workplace safety procedures YOU DON'T NEED A DELIVERY BACKGROUND We're willing to train the right person. What matters to us is whether you're reliable, responsible, safety-minded, and willing to work. You must: Be at least 21 years old Have a valid driver's license Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality Be comfortable driving throughout the workday Work independently and remain productive Communicate professionally Be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Be able to safely lift and handle packages weighing up to 50 lbs when required COMING FROM ANOTHER INDUSTRY?
