Job Title: Production Helper – 3rd Shift Location: Partners Personnel - Macungie, PA Schedule and Pay: 1st Shift: 7AM–3PM | $18/hr 2nd Shift: 3PM–11PM | $18.50/hr 3rd Shift: 11PM–7AM | $18.75/hr Job Description: We are currently hiring Production Helpers for a manufacturing facility in Macungie, PA. This position supports the production line by assisting with finished products coming off the machines. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in a manufacturing environment and grow within the company. Responsibilities: Assist with packaging finished products coming off the production machines Band, tape, and prepare products for shipment Support machine operators by keeping the production line organized and moving efficiently Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all safety and company procedures Requirements: Previous experience working around manufacturing equipment is preferred but not required Ability to work overnight (3rd shift) schedule Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills Additional Information: This role will start as a general production helper position. There may be opportunities for advancement and additional responsibilities in the future based on performance and business needs.
