Description of the Role As a Reconditioning Manager at Seidel Hyundai, you will be responsible for overseeing the reconditioning process of our inventory and ensuring that vehicles meet our quality standards before being made available for sale. This role is essential in maintaining the reputation of our dealership and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Manage the reconditioning process of vehicles, including inspecting, repairing, and detailing them to meet the dealership's standards. Coordinate with the service department to prioritize reconditioning tasks and ensure efficient workflow. Supervise a team of detailers, providing guidance and training as needed. Maintain records of reconditioning activities, including work performed, parts used, and costs incurred. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized reconditioning area. Requirements Previous experience in automotive reconditioning or a related field.
