The Mission As a Customer Care Representative, your job is to: Convert inbound calls into scheduled service appointments Calm stressed homeowners with confidence and clarity Maintain accurate scheduling and job notes Follow up to ensure 5-star experiences Protect the calendar like revenue depends on it (because it does) You are not “just answering phones.” You are controlling the flow of the company.
