Prepare a report of missing documentation to be given to the Quality Control Assistant. Monitor and evaluate program documentation for accuracy, completeness, compliance, and signatures. Assist with completion of routine file audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards. Assist with purging files ordering office supplies & picking up supplies. Assist in preparing for licensing reviews, accreditations, and external audits. Creating and maintaining spreadsheets. and any other duties necessary to ensure the office runs efficiently. Knowledge & Skills: Education: High school diploma or GED and some college and or experience in administrative work. Experience: 2 years of administrative experience Strong oral and written communication skills Strong attention to detail Ability to multitask Ability to work with the Microsoft Office suite, and Power Point Ability to create and maintain spreadsheets Other requirements: Valid Driver's License Successful completion of a criminal history and child registry background.
