Summary As a leader on our Restaurant Squad, Shift Leads aim to consistently deliver great customer service and the Pizzariffic Pizza experience while guiding the Crew through every shift. You'll set the pace, keep the energy up, and make sure the pizzas coming out of the oven are every bit as beautiful and fun as the team making them – all in a cool environment with authentic vibes. You'll lead the team making pizzas for the pineapple adventurers, the plant-based pioneers, and the pepperoni perfectionists. You'll lead them for the late-night explorers, the cheese lovers and olive dodgers. Key Responsibilities Lead and support the Crew in making customers' pizzas, sandwiches and more Oversee shift operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling Delegate tasks and keep the Crew on pace to package customer orders with urgency Ensure all food safety and food quality standards are followed across the shift Coach and support Crew Members in real time, modeling the fundamentals of hospitality (friendly, accurate and fast) on every shift Keep the restaurant clean, organized and ready to deliver the best customer service Troubleshoot issues as they come up and escalate to management when needed Have fun and work together with your Squad Crew to create an authentic customer experience vibe Required Qualifications Demonstrate a passion for people, enjoy connecting with and leading fellow Squad Crew Members and customers Prior experience in a restaurant, retail, or customer service leadership role preferred Ability to follow and reinforce processes and instructions in a consistent manner Have a history of consistent attendance and punctuality Show initiative, sound judgment, and an interest to learn, grow and contribute to the success of the restaurant At our table, everyone has a place.
