As a Non-Profit organization, individuals who are paying on their federal student loans will be eligible to apply for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF). Once you pay 120 eligible payments on your loan and/or have been with the non-profit organization for 10 years, your federal student loans will be eligible to be forgiven. Job Tasks and Responsibilities: Conducts individual therapy sessions with IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program) members (i.e., adult consumers with serious mental illness), coordinating care with their assigned IOP Therapist and the rest of the treatment team. Makes appropriate referrals when necessary. Facilitates psycho-educational and process-oriented groups in IOP when needed. Conducts initial appointments, orienting new consumers to the IOP (IOP Intro Sessions). Conducts Outpatient Biopsychosocial Assessments (Intakes) with new members to Creative Health Services who wish to attend IOP. Services who wish to attend IOP Coordinates with MHOP Intake Department regarding scheduling, pre-intake screenings, and insurance verification. Develops a plan of treatment that is recovery-oriented and tailored to the specific needs of the consumer for whom it is written. Generates required clinical documentation, such as progress notes and treatment plans, utilizing the electronic health record system. Maintains assigned clinical records in accordance with regulatory standards. Attends clinical supervision and/or team meetings as applicable and required. Participates in the agency and program-specific quality assurance and improvement plans. Cooperates and collaborates with other members of the team in a manner which promotes the growth and healthy development of consumers served and the agency as a whole. Respects and protect client's right to confidentiality. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: A Master's Degree with at least one year of related experience.
