This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional who is confident working with homeowners, building relationships, and closing high-value residential generator projects. With qualified company-provided leads, strong earning potential, and an uncapped commission structure, this role is designed for someone who is driven by results and wants the opportunity to directly impact their income. Our top sales professionals are generating $1.5M–$3M+ in annual sales , with earning potential of $150K–$300K+ . What You'll Do Follow up with and manage qualified company-provided leads Generate additional sales opportunities through referrals, networking, and self-generated leads Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to assess their backup power needs Present and sell whole-home standby generator systems Guide customers through the complete sales process, from initial consultation through signed agreement Build strong relationships with homeowners and referral partners Maintain an organized sales pipeline and consistent follow-up process Work closely with the installation and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience Provide professional, knowledgeable, and consultative service throughout the sales process Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals What We're Looking For Proven experience in in-home, residential, or high-ticket sales A track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills Ability to build trust and establish strong relationships with customers Self-motivated and comfortable working in an uncapped commission environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple opportunities and maintain consistent follow-up Professional, dependable, and customer-focused approach Previous experience selling generators, HVAC, roofing, home improvement, or other high-value residential products is a plus Compensation & Opportunity 100% commission with uncapped earning potential $150K–$300K+ potential for high-performing sales professionals Top representatives currently generating $1.5M–$3M+ in annual sales Qualified company-provided leads Opportunity to generate additional business through referrals and networking Ongoing sales and product training High-demand residential product Opportunity for continued growth and advancement Why Join Bob Garrett Services?
