We are currently hiring Shipping & Receiving Associates to support daily warehouse and production operations on all shifts . This position is responsible for receiving, organizing, moving, picking, packaging, and shipping materials and finished products throughout the facility. Responsibilities Load and unload materials and products from various buildings throughout the facility. Receive, inspect, count, and properly store incoming materials and parts. Deliver materials to production lines and remove completed pallets as needed. Pick and prepare product for shipment, including building and wrapping pallets. Prepare shipping manifests and complete orders using a computer and handheld RF scanner. Load and move materials throughout the facility using a tow motor, electric pallet jack/walkie, and stack truck. Assist with shipping and receiving activities and maintain accurate inventory. Perform weekly inventory counts and verify product quantities. Communicate with supervisors, shipping personnel, and scheduling staff regarding materials and orders. Weigh pallets/skids when required for shipping. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow all company safety, quality, and housekeeping procedures. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Requirements Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred. Ability to operate or learn to operate powered material-handling equipment. Basic computer skills and ability to use a handheld RF scanner. Ability to accurately count, organize, and move materials. Ability to work overtime as required. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
