Our Total Recycle Division, located in Birdsboro, PA is currently searching for a Yard Monitor due to growth! Shift & Hours: 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday 2:00PM to 10:30PM Mandated Saturdays as needed What You Will Do: Coordinate all traffic for the shipping and receiving departments. Verify drivers’ compliance with personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements. Manage and prioritize truck arrivals based on order of arrival. Assist with truck and equipment maneuvering as needed. Utilize radio communication to effectively coordinate with operators. Promptly report yard-related issues to management. Ensure the yard is organized and free of litter. Special projects and other job duties as assigned. You Have: 1+ years’ experience directing traffic. Ability to work comfortably outdoors in all weather conditions. Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communications skills and strong interpersonal skills. Must be organized and motivated to succeed with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
