BEPC is actively seeking a Production Worker in the Altavista, VA area! W2 Contract: 6 months with possible extensions Pay Rate: $13.00–$15/hr, based on experience Shift: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance Position Summary The Production Worker will support manufacturing and packaging operations by inspecting, labeling, and packaging raw materials and finished products. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow established procedures, and a commitment to maintaining quality and cleanliness standards. The role may involve working in a clean-room environment and completing documentation in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) . Key Responsibilities Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality and accuracy. Label and package products according to established specifications and procedures. Maintain accurate production and packaging records as required by Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) . Follow written procedures, work instructions, and quality requirements. Maintain clean, organized, and safe production work areas. Follow all company safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures. Handle products carefully to prevent contamination, damage, or quality issues. Perform repetitive production and packaging tasks while maintaining accuracy. Work effectively in a clean-room environment when required. Identify and report product, packaging, or quality concerns to the appropriate personnel. Work independently and collaboratively with production team members. Perform assigned duties under moderate supervision. Qualifications Previous production, manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, or related experience preferred. Experience in a GMP-regulated or clean-room environment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Ability to follow written instructions and established procedures. Ability to maintain accurate production records and documentation. Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment. Willingness to follow applicable PPE, cleanliness, and safety requirements.
