Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled with two plus year of experience on Roll Offs The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating a roll-off truck to transport waste and debris from various job sites. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to perform heavy lifting as needed. The Roll Off Driver will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and efficient service delivery while maintaining the highest standards of vehicle operation. Responsibilities Operate roll-off trucks, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of waste materials. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition. Load and unload containers at designated sites, adhering to safety protocols. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle maintenance. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding routes and schedules. Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations related to commercial driving. Assist with heavy lifting and manual handling of materials as required. Demonstrate mechanical knowledge by performing minor repairs and maintenance on the vehicle when necessary. Experience Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with operating front loader trucks, dump trucks, roll-off trucks, or tractor-trailers is highly desirable. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic vehicle issues. Experience driving manual transmission vehicles is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks regularly throughout the workday. A valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is required.
