We specialize in helping homeowners navigate the insurance claims process to get their roofs repaired or replaced after storm damage. We also speacialize in custom kitchen, bathroom, window, door and siding solutions. We are seeking motivated and results-driven Insurance & retail sales representatives to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting roof inspections, and guiding homeowners through the insurance claims or remodeling design process. You will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. **Prospect and Identify Leads** Use various methods to identify and reach out to potential clients. **Conduct Roof Inspections** Perform thorough roof inspections to assess damage and determine the need for repair or replacement. ** Meet with prequalified leads to provide roofing and other remodeling solutions** **Insurance Claims Assistance** Guide homeowners through the insurance claims process, including documentation, filing claims, and meeting with insurance adjusters. **Customer Service** Provide outstanding customer service by maintaining regular communication with clients and addressing any concerns or questions. **Sales Goals** Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas by closing deals and securing contracts. Qualifications: **Experience** Previous experience in sales, preferably in roofing, construction, or insurance. **Skills** Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with clients quickly. **Knowledge** Understanding of roofing materials, repair processes, and the insurance claims process is a plus. **Physical Requirements** Ability to climb ladders and perform roof inspections. **License** Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
