We are in search of PT- Contract Consultant Dietitian for our long term care centers in NE GA (Athens/Hartwell/Elberton) area. The Consultant Dietitian is responsible for clinical documentation, sanitation inspections, audits, and inservice education as needed. We work with each center's team to provide quality nutrition care. Remote work varies per location (~50% remote depending on center requirements). Registration and GA License required.
