The Opportunity We are looking for a reliable, kind, and team-oriented Warehouse Team Member to help keep our daily operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, and contributing to a team. You will help ensure customer orders are picked, packed, shipped, and received accurately and efficiently. What You'll Do: Pick and Process Customer Orders Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently Verify item quantities, SKUs, and product condition Use scanners, pick lists, and warehouse software correctly Organize picked orders for packing and shipment Maintain productivity and accuracy standards Pack and Ship Orders Pack orders securely according to company standards Print and apply shipping labels accurately Verify orders before shipment Stage completed shipments for carrier pickup Assist with loading outbound shipments when needed Follow established shipping procedures and SOPs Receive and Organize Inventory Receive incoming shipments and deliveries Verify product counts and inspect products for damage Stock and put away inventory in the correct warehouse locations Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy Promptly report damaged, missing, or incorrect inventory Maintain a Clean and Organized Warehouse Keep workstations and warehouse areas clean and organized Remove trash, debris, and empty packaging materials Follow warehouse organization and labeling systems Maintain clean aisles and safe walking paths Assist with warehouse organization projects when needed Maintain a Safe Work Environment Follow all warehouse safety procedures and policies Properly use warehouse equipment and tools Report unsafe conditions, accidents, or damaged equipment Stay current on required safety training Maintain a safety-first mindset throughout daily operations What We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you are: Reliable and dependable Friendly, kind, and team-oriented Able to work efficiently and independently Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Eager to learn and improve Able to follow established procedures and pay attention to detail Comfortable lifting up to 25 pounds Able to bend, move, and stand for extended periods Comfortable using basic technology or willing to learn Basic computer skills are helpful but not required.
