DESCRIPTION The Sarasota campus location is seeking qualified faculty for the following field of study: Environmental Science Technology & Management . We are currently seeking qualified individuals to join our team as Adjunct Faculty Members at the Sarasota Campus. This is a ground based teaching position in Sarasota, Florida. We are seeking experienced individuals who will provide instruction in an environment that embraces learning, positive spirit, high-performance, integrity and diversity. We offer flexible schedules for adult learners. Classes are held at night and weekends so students and faculty may work full time and attend/teach classes. Qualifications Environmental Technology & Mgmt Instructor - on Ground Everglades University Sarasota, FL Category: Environmental Science, Ecology, and Forestry DESCRIPTION Instructors are responsible for leveraging their expertise to deliver education services to students through: Preparing course plans and materials Delivering courses Monitoring progress/attendance Advising students Recording grades and submitting reports Environmental Technology & Management Instructor - On Ground must have the minimum of a Master's Degree in one of the following disciplines, as well as any required certifications or licenses within that specialty: Environmental Science, Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Climate Change Studies, Ocean/Marine Science. A PhD is preferred in any of the same fields, but not required. This is not a remote teaching position. Faculty must be able to teach at the Sarasota campus.
