Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery to ensure the efficient production of high-quality products. This role requires a strong understanding of machine operations, quality control, and basic programming skills. Duties Operate machinery such as lathes and assembly line equipment to produce components according to specifications. Perform regular quality control checks to ensure products meet established standards. Set up tooling and fixtures for production runs, making adjustments as necessary for optimal performance. Utilize SolidWorks for design modifications and troubleshooting during the manufacturing process. Package finished products for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and handling procedures are followed. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment in the factory. Assist in programming Fanuc machines as needed for specific production tasks. Execute basic math calculations to verify measurements and material requirements. Skills Proficiency in quality control processes and techniques. Experience with lathe operations and tooling setup is preferred. Familiarity with Fanuc programming is a plus. Strong understanding of assembly line processes within a factory setting. Ability to effectively package products while adhering to safety standards. Competence in using SolidWorks for design-related tasks is advantageous. Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations are essential. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
